As a key member of a multidisciplinary creative team, you will develop information architectures and design interactive experiences across a broad digital and physical ecosystem. Responsibilities
End-to-End Design: Lead ideation, concept development, and experience innovation to solve intricate business challenges.
Strategic Visualization: Create high-quality sketches, wireframes, specifications, scenarios, and storyboards.
Prototyping: Demonstrate concepts through various techniques, including paper, wireframes, video, or interactive prototypes.
Facilitation: Participate in planning and leading Design Thinking sessions with stakeholders to align on vision and strategy.
Research Integration: Collaborate with design research teams to observe generative research and evaluate concepts based on user feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and strategy teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication: Effectively present design rationale and conceptual ideas to a diverse audience, integrating feedback constructively.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Design or a related discipline (e.g., Human-Centered Design, Visual Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or Industrial Design).
Professional Experience: 5–8 years of experience in experience design or a similar role.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma and a strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and AI tools for asset creation.
Human-Centered Design: Expert-level knowledge of HCD methodologies and a passion for iterative, detail-oriented design.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and storytelling skills; the ability to remain flexible and curious in a team setting.
Preferred Assets: Previous experience within the financial services sector and familiarity with savings products.
