Responsibilities
End-to-End Service Design: Lead the design architecture of complex digital products, mapping user experiences across application touchpoints to ensure seamless functionality.
User Research & Discovery: Conceive, structure, and conduct detailed user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability surveys.
Artifact Engineering: Translate raw user insights into high-fidelity sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices.
Rapid Iteration & Prototyping: Utilize a user-centered design approach to rapidly test interactive prototypes, gathering data-driven feedback to identify friction points and iterate on design solutions.
UI & Interaction Design: Create visually compelling and user-friendly Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) that account for both the psychological and behavioral aspects of human interaction.
Strategic Design Governance: Establish and maintain a rigorous bar for user experience performance measures, accessibility standards, and core visual patterns across project teams.
Stakeholder Consultation: Actively facilitate the client’s product vision. Translate design rationale clearly to non-design technical squads, developers, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and project approvals.
Qualifications
Core Seniority: 7+ years of progressive professional experience in a Senior UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Product Designer role delivering enterprise-level web and mobile applications.
Design Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency using industry-standard design, wireframing, and vector prototyping ecosystems, specifically Figma and Adobe XD.
Front-End Technology Literacy: Strong technical asset to possess practical coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript alongside an acute understanding of the limitations and strengths of modern web development frameworks.
User Research Domain: Demonstrated capability designing structured user research frameworks, behavioral tracking, and data synthesis methods.
Agile Delivery Team Player: Proven success collaborating within cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers) while managing competing priorities under aggressive release deadlines.
