Responsibilities
o Administering SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 site collections, including site
creation, management, permissions configuration, and customization.
o Designing and developing SharePoint solutions including sites, lists, and libraries.
o Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps to automate
business processes and enhance user productivity.
o Configuring and managing Power Automate workflows to automate tasks and
integrate with other Microsoft 365 products.
o Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate
them into technical solutions within SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
o Providing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform
solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
o Implementing governance and security best practices for SharePoint Online site
collections and Power Platform solutions.
o Documenting processes, procedures, and solution architectures for knowledge
sharing and future reference.
o May work on internal SharePoint Online Migration project
o Positive Customer Service Experience
Qualifications
• Completion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer
Engineering / System Technology diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Web Application Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain robust PowerShell scripts for content migration,
system management, and process optimization
• Demonstrated experience supporting solutions leveraging SharePoint, InfoPath, and
SharePoint Designer in an on-premise SharePoint 2019 Environment
• Demonstrated experience building solutions leveraging Power Platform solutions with
SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions using SharePoint
Online and Platform tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels
