Competitive Compensation: Starting rates from $22.00 – $25.00/hr with bi-annual performance reviews.
Stable Schedule: Fixed shifts (Day/Afternoon/Night) with optional overtime and continental weekend premiums.
Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed packaging or CNC machinery to meet daily quotas.
Material Handling: Safely operate Reach Trucks and SDCB forklifts to move heavy pallets (up to 50 lbs) throughout the facility.
Inventory Accuracy: Utilize RF Scanners and ERP/SAP systems to perform real-time cycle counts and stock audits.
Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily "circle checks" on equipment and maintain a pristine, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with a focus on MHE.
Certification: Must hold a valid, external Forklift License (Reach and SDCB preferred) and own CSA Safety Boots.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in RF Scanner technology and basic computer skills for inventory data entry.
Physical Capacity: Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts and lift 40–50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
Must have a reliable vehicle as it is not accessible via public transit.
