This contract position is based in Bolton, ON, so applicants must be able to reliably travel to Bolton for work. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating service and installation activities, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Coordinate administrative, sales support, and service activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders, quotes, and order updates while maintaining accurate records in the system.
Provide customers with order status updates, shipping details, proof of delivery, and other related information.
Assist with resolving order discrepancies, product shortages, freight damage claims, returns, and credits.
Coordinate service appointments and product installations with internal teams and customers.
Enter inventory receipts and shipments into the system and assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Monitor service requests and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
Track and escalate operational issues and corrective actions to meet service expectations and key performance indicators.
Support ISO documentation, document control, and general administrative functions.
Coordinate customs documentation and shipping activities for imported and exported products, including working with freight forwarders and inspection agencies as required.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and communication between departments.
Perform other administrative and service coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, service coordination, or a similar administrative support role.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP or order management systems is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
