Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
Proactively schedule and dispatch field service technicians.
Provide basic troubleshooting and effective solutions to customer needs.
Utilize computer software and business systems to manage work orders and schedules.
Create repair estimates and follow up with customers.
Review work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing.
Coordinate service parts and inventory.
Assist with shop/warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the service team and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Achieve sales results through persistence and self-motivation.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications
Previous experience in service coordination or dispatching is preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation.
Understanding of basic accounting procedures.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal record check and other required testing.
Ability to work from our client’s Edmonton location.
