Responsibilities
• Lead human-centered design activities for digital platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 based systems and public portals.
• Plan user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create journey maps and service blueprints to identify service improvements across user pathways.
• Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
• Design accessible, responsive user interfaces across enterprise applications and public web tools.
• Maintain enterprise design systems, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and visual standards.
• Apply WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards throughout the design lifecycle and conduct design reviews.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Senior UX or Service Designer leading end-to-end design initiatives for web platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency with prototyping tools, wireframing, user journey mapping, and building enterprise design systems.
• Strong background in conducting user research, stakeholder discovery sessions, and usability evaluations.
• Applied knowledge of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
• Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams and familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
