Responsibilities
•Prepare and deploy Windows 11 laptops using MMD and Autopilot
•Set up devices, docks, and peripherals at user workstations
•Back up and transfer user data from old devices to new ones
•Update and track assets in inventory systems
•Provide onsite/remote support, including basic troubleshooting
•Retire legacy devices with secure data wiping and proper tracking
•Ensure devices meet security, patching, and compliance standards
Qualifications
•University degree or college diploma in Information Technology
•Minimum 1 year of recent Service Desk or IT support experience
•At least 3 years of customer service experience
•Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365
•Strong communication skills in both French and English
•Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
