In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the team and day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. You’ll be spending your time dealing with clients and helping them get the parts, service, and repairs that they need, while also managing a team.

Monday - Friday work week and weekends as needed
Hours of work between 7:30am and 5pm but can be longer depending on the needs of the business

Responsibilities
Effectively manage and lead the service department, and work closely with assistant service managers, parts managers, and other staff
Answer all customer inquiries on the service floor and via phone and email
Understand and manage key financial metrics
Be flexible with work hours and be available to work longer hours or weekends as needed
Constantly strive to improve the CSI score
Recommend products, troubleshoot, and help generate more business
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Manager is essential
A stable work history is preferred
Strong knowledge of the auto industry, including key financial metrics, is a must
Strong operational leadership skills
Prior parts experience is an asset
Knowledge of the PBS software system is an asset, but not a strict requirement
Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean record
