Responsibilities
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through to testing and implementation of new digital services.
• Lead product teams to develop digital solutions that align with business needs and end-user expectations.
• Conduct user-centric research to identify modernization opportunities and improve service delivery for clients and employees.
• Collaborate with technology partners to create strategic roadmaps for sustainable system replacement.
• Identify barriers to change and recommend mitigation strategies for operational programs and policies.
• Manage user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure high standards are met.
• Present status reports and product demonstrations to stakeholders, governance committees, and program areas.
Qualifications
• Five years of experience coordinating with business and IT partners to gather requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proven track record of documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows in a complex environment.
• Extensive background in leadership or facilitation roles, guiding teams to achieve corporate goals.
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile development frameworks (SCRUM) and hybrid approaches.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing complex IT solutions to replace legacy systems.
