Responsibilities
-Perform Field Service repairs and installations of end-of-line strapping equipment.
-Execute scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) and work with customers to resolve machine performance issues.
-Accurately diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical problems, developing a clear action plan.
-Provide customer training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
-Manage vehicle parts inventory and complete service call documentation using wireless devices.
Qualifications
-5+ years of hands on experience with automated strapping and packaging equipment
-Mechanical/Electrical background is essential.
-PLC controls is required. PLC settings (Allen Bradley Control Logics and Siemens).
-Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic technology
-Strong communication skills
-Clear (or clean) driver's abstract
