Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on digital delivery, agile product development, and organizational transformation.
• Advise and coach product teams and executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and present strategic frameworks and briefings for senior government leaders.
• Facilitate high-level conversations to align diverse stakeholder goals and interests.
• Develop key metrics and outcomes to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
• Assess and develop programs to cultivate digital capability, capacity, and culture.
• Design and implement a support model for newly launched digital services.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in agile development and modern service design within a large, complex organization.
• 5+ years of experience working with a dedicated public sector digital service office (e.g., GDS, CDS, USDS, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience focused on organizational development and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives on transformation strategy and organizational design.
• Proven ability to lead an organization through large-scale technological and cultural change.
