Looking for a high-impact hybrid contract engagement supporting enterprise IRM, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) implementations?
Our team is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Platform Specialist to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for an enterprise ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will partner closely with Platform Architects, Product Owners, and delivery teams to design, configure, and maintain scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications. Your primary focus will center on expanding the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ecosystem, while supporting BCM, Legal Service Delivery, custom scoped applications, and Release Ops.

Responsibilities
- Review solution designs, conduct peer code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor developers across the platform.
- Design and configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, and custom scoped applications with a core focus on IRM, BCM, and Legal Service Delivery.
- Design, implement, and maintain ATF test suites to safeguard upgrades and integrate automated testing directly into release and deployment pipelines.
- Build and maintain REST API integrations using IntegrationHub and enterprise integration patterns, while delivering Tier 3 troubleshooting and platform health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible or actively hold a Reliability level Security-Clearance.
- Recent years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Development and configuration experience supporting Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and custom scoped application development.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
- Located near Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, or Calgary for hybrid attendance (2x on-site per week)
Asset Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (CIS-IRM).
- Additional credentials: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Micro-Certifications in ATF, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub.
- Fluency in both English and French.
