While Software Asset Management is the primary focus, you will also play a key role in maturing our existing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes to strengthen operations and ensure long-term CMDB health.
- End-to-End SAM Pro Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and operationalization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, including discovery integration, reconciliation, and license lifecycle workflows.
- Compliance & Optimization: Configure automated remediation and reporting to drive software governance, license optimization, and cost-saving insights.
- Data Integration & Quality: Oversee integrations with key data sources (Intune, LogicMonitor, ITOM) and validate solution quality through rigorous testing.
- HAM & CMDB Maturation: Evaluate and refine existing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows to enhance process automation and maintain CMDB data integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with procurement, IT, and security teams to define requirements and provide technical guidance for enterprise-wide ITAM adoption.

- CMDB Alignment: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure all asset management activities align with and support the health of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Qualifications
- 2-year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT or Computing Science related field.
- 10 years experience working on project teams and/or large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
– Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management preferred.
- ITIL Certification will be considered an asset.
