Responsibilities
Sort incoming trays according to courier pick-up schedules
Review, edit, and print invoices with our internal systems
Match invoices to trays, then scale, wrap, label, and package shipments
Include promotional materials in packages when needed
Prepare waybills for outgoing courier shipments
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
Track tray locations and resolve any missing shipment issues
Receive and assign customer tint samples to the correct trays
Accurately match frames with corresponding trays
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (optical or cosmetic industry experience is a plus)
Familiarity with lens types, materials, and optical products is an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong concentration and visual acuity
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
