Position: Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate
Shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Pay: $20-23.50/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Calgary, AB
*Must have a valid forklift license

Responsibilities
• Receive incoming shipments and compare them accurately with packing slips.
• Inspect all received goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
• Verify the accuracy of shipment contents and ensure items are appropriately labeled and stored.
• Prepare outbound shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling products in compliance with shipping regulations.
• Generate essential shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOL) and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups or deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments by uploading BOLs and photos to SharePoint daily.
• Organize the warehouse by arranging products in designated locations to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move and stack products within the manufacturing & logistics facility.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as a Shipper-Receiver or in a similar warehouse role.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks with a valid external forklift license / certification.
• Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak periods to meet customer demands.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing & logistics setting is highly preferred.
