What You Will Do:
Safely operate a Reach forklift for high-density order picking and stock put-aways.
Unload incoming freight containers and organize the dock efficiently.
Partner with warehouse team members to lift and move heavier inventory (50–70 lbs) safely.

Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately pick orders using RF scanners, reach trucks, and order pickers.
Inbound Logistics: Unload arriving containers and efficiently put away inventory.
Shipping/Receiving: Manage dock paperwork and generate documentation for local couriers.
Heavy Lifting: Safely and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs independently.
Team Support: Perform general warehouse and operational duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Licenses: Valid external Reach certification (Order Picker license or experience is a strong asset).
Equipment: Proven experience operating Raymond and Crown Reach forklifts in a warehouse environment.
Shipping: Hands-on experience processing outbound shipments via local couriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator).
Tech Skills: Proficient with RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
