Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end shipping and receiving functions, including carefully sorting inbound freight and preparing outbound orders for dispatch.
Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Accurately pick, pack, stage, and secure orders to ensure timely distribution to clients.
Utilize RF scanners to meticulously track inventory movements and complete all related shipping/receiving documentation.
Collaborate proactively with the team to perform physical inventory cycle counts and maintain optimal warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications
Valid and current forklift certification is mandatory (experience operating both sit-down and stand-up models is a strong asset).
1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Shipper/Receiver or dedicated Forklift Operator.
Previous background working within a busy manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment is highly preferred.
Physical capability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
A strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and best practices.
