This Warehouse Worker position offers a salary range of $21 to $23 per hour. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient flow of products, from initial receipt to final shipment. Responsibilities
- Load and unload courier and freight trucks.
- Pick orders using an RF scanner and check them for accuracy.
- Pack orders in boxes or on skids, preparing them for shipment.
- Create shipments and weigh bills for couriers and freight trucks.
- Receive products using RF scanners and Business Central ERP.
- Find a bin for products on the shelves and maintain an organized work area.
- Communicate with purchasing, CSR, and sales representatives via email and phone to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform inventory and cycle counts.
- Label products and shelves within the warehouse.
- Move products to different areas of the warehouse as needed.
- Take out garbage and recycling.
- Cut tubing and wiring to correct lengths.
- Must be able to lift and move objects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be organized and self-motivated to meet goals.
- A positive attitude is essential.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Must have a forklift/reach truck license and experience.
- Basic math and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is required.
- Must be able to lift and move objects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be organized and self-motivated to meet goals.
- A positive attitude is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a physical presence at the warehouse location from Monday to Friday.
- Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines is mandatory.
