Location: Etobicoke, Renforth / 427
Position type: temporary to permanent
Shift: Days, 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday
Rate: $22 - $24 per hour (depending on experience)

Some programing skills is required.
Receiving Responsibilities
Unloading and accepting deliveries: unload trucks and other deliveries.
Verifying contents: Compare shipment contents with purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
Inspecting goods: Check received items for damage, discrepancies, or nonconformance to specifications.
Documenting: damages, and discrepancies.
Storing and stocking: Assign appropriate storage locations and stock items in the correct areas.
Shipping Responsibilities
Preparing for shipment: Pack, seal, address, and label outgoing materials.
operate Purolator and UPS shipment system to create shipment and label.
Inventory and Warehouse Management
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of all shipments and inventory levels.
Input Date to the excel sheet
Inventory management: Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
Organization: Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, and organized
Communication and Coordination
Collaborating: Work with internal departments like customer service and purchasing, as well as external vendors and carriers.
Resolving issues: Address problems such as damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
Safety and Compliance
Adhering to regulations: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
Other duties as assigned

• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform stock checks
• Wrapping and setting up of skids
• Labelling and relabeling of product
• RF scanning
• General housekeeping
• Other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience working in a small to medium warehouse distribution environment
• Valid forklift license and experience - Raymond Reach & Counterbalance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced changing work environment
