• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency in a tight-space environment.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for outgoing freight.
• Support the manufacturing and logistics team by ensuring parts are delivered to the production floor on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with provincial health and safety standards.
• Utilize computer software to track shipments, print labels, and manage warehouse data entry.
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of consistent experience as a Shipper Receiver.
• Demonstrated experience with counterbalance forklift operation (current license not required, but competency is essential).
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital inventory tracking.
• Ability to commute to the Kitchener facility reliably for a 7:00 AM start.
• Must be comfortable working in a tighter, high-density warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
