Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Wage: $22/HR

Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving Operations
Process Shipments Accurately: Verify all customer orders, ensure documentation (invoices, bills of lading) is correct and distributed, and confirm product is shipped on time according to the delivery schedule.
Order Fulfillment and Assembly: Utilize product location knowledge to accurately select, assemble, and transport orders to the loading dock based on the shipping schedule.
Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring all accompanying documentation is verified.
Product Organization: Slot all frozen product and dry goods meticulously, ensuring proper product rotation using the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle.
Inventory & Quality Control
Manage Inventory: Execute precise inventory control measures, reporting and reconciling any stock discrepancies or damage immediately.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain and organize the freezer and dock areas daily, upholding strict housekeeping standards and reporting any equipment or facility damage instantly.
Support Cycle Counting: Assist with period-end freezer inventory counts and reconciliation.
Safety & Compliance
Operate Equipment Safely: Maintain and operate the Sit Down Counterbalance forklift and other warehouse equipment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
Adhere to Standards: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and strictly adhere to all company Health and Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP procedures and protocols.
Product Protection: Implement proper stacking techniques, such as ensuring a cardboard sheet is placed between double-stacked skids, to prevent product damage.
Qualifications
Proficient operation of a Sit Down Counterbalance forklift (certification required)
Expertise in picking, packing, packaging, RF scanner usage, and accurate inventory control.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude (computer skills are an asset).
Energetic, adaptable, and a positive team player who can work well with minimal supervision.
