Responsibilities
Material Handling & Inventory: Move, prepare, and maintain product/inventory. Operate equipment like forklifts, staplers, and bar code scanners.
Inventory Control: Perform accurate cycle counting, maintain orderly storage following FIFO procedures, and execute data entry into the ERP system (SAP preferred) for real-time visibility.
Tool Logistics Support: Coordinate the tracking and movement of specialized tools between Canada and the U.S. Perform detailed warehouse operations: receiving, inspecting, and staging toolkits for shipment.
Warehouse & Customer Service: Unpack/inspect returned tools, update inventory, perform basic tool calibration/testing, respond to job site requests, and maintain a safe, highly organized environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Worker, or in Shipping and Receiving.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Forklift Operator certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Proficiency with basic computer skills, including an ERP system (SAP preferred) and shipping software.
Excellent physical capability for lifting and moving material.
Strong ability to work under pressure, manage daily duties efficiently, and maintain an excellent customer focus.
Must be able to reliably commute to Oakville, ON.
