• Manage material and inventory within the ERP system, performing precise data entry, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Utilize Excel proficiently for detailed inventory reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
• Verify and prepare all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing slips, ensuring compliance.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain a high level of inventory control accuracy.
• Work independently to prioritize daily shipping tasks and meet strict production and carrier deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow in the Metal Manufacturing facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
• Proven proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP system) software for inventory management.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated safe operation of a counterbalance forklift and pallet jack.
• Exceptional ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding shipping documentation and inventory accuracy.
