As our Shipper/Receiver, you will be the gatekeeper of all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring that every product is accounted for and delivered or dispatched correctly and on time. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory system and the efficiency of our supply chain.

Responsibilities
Shipping Duties:
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper protective materials are used to prevent damage.
Accurately select and pull orders based on picking lists or shipping requests.
Affix shipping labels, generate necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs forms), and schedule carrier pickups.
Process shipments using internal inventory software and external carrier systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, freight lines).
Perform final quality checks on all outgoing orders to verify accuracy against the original request.
Receiving Duties:
Unload incoming materials, verify contents against purchase orders or invoices, and inspect for any damages or discrepancies.
Document and report any damaged or short-shipped items immediately to the purchasing/logistics team.
Accurately count, sort, and tag received goods and enter them into the inventory management system.
Physically move received items to the correct storage locations within the warehouse.
Qualifications
Minimum of [e.g., 1-2] years of experience in a dedicated Shipper/Receiver or warehouse role.
Proven ability to read and interpret work orders, packing slips, and shipping manifests accurately.
Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Physical ability to lift up to [e.g., 50] pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
Valid certification and experience operating a counterbalance forklift and/or reach truck.
Experience with international shipping procedures and documentation is a plus.
