Shft time: open availability for 10:00am to 6:30 pm, 7:00am to 3:30pm and 5:30am to 2:00pm
Wage: $25-$27 (base on experience)

You are comfortable working in a physically demanding and cool environment
You have CSA approved Steel Toe Boots
This is a full-time position, the ideal candidate will need to be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities
• Supervising the receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping, and distribution of fresh produce.
• Monitoring the day-to-day processing of all warehouse transactions to ensure maximum accuracy.
• Meeting and exceeding daily shipping goals and key performance standards.
• Cross-training members of the warehouse team to ensure operational flexibility and growth.
• Performing hands-on picking, loading, and unloading as required to meet deadlines.
• Utilizing the ERP system to track inventory movement and maintain digital records.
• Enforcing safety rules and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
• Resolving worker problems and collaborating with team members to streamline operations.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating SDCB forklifts and EPJ.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead hand role within a warehouse setting.
• Deep understanding of product inventory management and fresh produce handling.
• Proven ability to work unsupervised and meet strict shipping deadlines.
• Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
• Ability to hold peer-employees·e·s accountable while maintaining a positive team spirit.
• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in logistics is an asset).
