As the primary point of contact at the loading dock of a major corporate complex, you will be responsible for the meticulous intake, recording, and routing of all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Utilizing state-of-the-art third-party tracking software and hardware, you will maintain precise inventory control and ensure that every package reaches its intended internal destination promptly. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, offering a balanced mix of administrative tasks—such as processing work orders and verifying purchase orders—and hands-on material handling.
Because the complex is bustling with activity, you must be comfortable managing multiple demands simultaneously while navigating frequent interruptions with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and sign for all incoming deliveries at the corporate loading dock
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data entry for all packages received and dispatched
• Execute internal tracking of all deliveries utilizing third-party tracking hardware and software
• Deliver and pick up parcels, packages, and mail throughout the corporate complex
• Distribute and collect moving bins, recycle bins, and other logistical materials for all internal staff
• Process all work orders for the receiving facility and accurately execute purchase order verifications
• Provide ongoing, reliable assistance for all internal mail delivery operations
• Operate a motorized lift truck or forklift to safely offload delivery trucks and execute pallet movement across the head office building
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment in the loading dock and receiving areas
• Address and resolve any shipment discrepancies, reporting damaged goods in a timely manner
Qualifications
• Highly adaptable personality with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Working-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to safely lift and maneuver packages up to 65-70 lbs
• Exceptional organizational skills and an acute attention to detail for tracking and verification tasks
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities to handle multiple demands and frequent interruptions gracefully
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal staff and external vendors
• Proven ability to operate a forklift or powered lift truck (certification is considered a strong asset)
• Familiarity with modern manufacturing & logistics inventory tracking systems and scanning hardware
• Must successfully complete and pass all strict compliance requirements prior to placement
• Must clear comprehensive criminal background and credit checks
• Must successfully pass and obtain a "Protect B" level security clearance
