As a Warehouse Associate Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in the daily success of our client's supply chain operations. Located in the heart of Langley, this Temporary to Permanent full-time position. Your primary focus will be the safe operation of industrial power trucks to move, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is a perfect blend of technical equipment operation and physical warehouse support, including shipping, receiving, order picking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Pay Rate: $23/hr-$24/hr
Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5pm
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to commit to full-time hours

Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts (Sit-down Counterbalance and/or Reach trucks) to load and unload trailers and containers efficiently.
• Perform accurate order picking using RF scanners to ensure inventory integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage shipping and receiving documentation, verifying counts and inspecting incoming goods for damage.
• Transport materials to designated storage areas and stack pallets according to safety and height specifications.
• Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist with manual loading and unloading of goods when required, ensuring proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high standard of manufacturing and logistics safety by keeping aisles clear and performing general clean-up.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Counterbalance/Reach) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Associate Forklift Operator.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and order picking within a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to workplace safety and a clean criminal record check.
• Reliable transportation to the Langley area for the 8:30 am start time.
