Responsibilities
• Sorting Incoming Shipments: Check quantities, mark boxes/skids, and place parts in the correct warehouse locations.
• Handling Packing Slips: Remove slips, scan, and send documentation to appropriate internal teams.
• Inventory Control: Accurately update shipment quantities in SharePoint for the Fire Alarm Service team.
• General Warehouse Duties: Assist with order picking, packing, and maintaining a clean, safe Manufacturing & Logistics work environment.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, production, or material handling role.
• High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and data entry.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform consistent manual tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Helper or similar material handling role.
• Physical capability for lifting and demanding warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to safety protocols.
