In this manufacturing & logistics role, you will manage the flow of goods and maintain inventory accuracy. This is a "small shop" environment where versatility is key; when things slow down, you aren't afraid to jump in and help the team. You will use your forklift license and computer skills to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly. This position offers $21/hour to start, increasing to $22/hour once hired permanently.

Responsibilities
• Manage all shipping and receiving documentation and physical movement of goods.
• Inspect incoming orders for accuracy and quality.
• Package and label outgoing shipments securely.
• Update inventory notes in Microsoft Excel and shipping software.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and organize the shop.
• Assist with general tasks to support the manufacturing team as needed.
Qualifications
• Valid Forklift license.
• 1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for an 8-hour shift.
• Strong computer literacy, specifically with Excel.
• Solid experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (mandatory).
• Safe and efficient forklift operation.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
