Your Impact (Responsibilities)
Orchestrate Dock Operations: Direct the end-to-end movement of diverse products, materials, and heavy machinery entering and leaving the facility.
Manage Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming manifests and process outgoing shipments with absolute precision to ensure inventory integrity.
Navigate Changing Priorities: Pivot seamlessly between urgent orders, unexpected freight arrivals, and general inventory organization on the fly.
Drive Standalone Efficiency: Take complete ownership of the warehouse floor, maintaining a high-volume output with minimal supervisor oversight.
Optimize Facility Space: Strategic placement and staging of goods inside and outside the facility to keep pathways safe and logistics fluid.
Who You Are (Requirements)
The Industry Veteran: You bring proven, hands-on experience working as a shipper/receiver within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The Autonomous Professional: You are a self-starter who thrives when given total ownership of your domain, executing tasks efficiently without hand-holding.
The Punctual Partner: You are highly reliable and ready to commit to a permanent, stable Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

Responsibilities
Move products, materials, and machinery daily inside and outside the warehouse facility using manual and mechanical means.
Complete customer orders by locating and picking products. Build orders and prepare them for shipment.
Unload and load trucks efficiently. Ensure products are secure and verify the accuracy of labels and documentation.
Re-stock inventory into the correct bins, shelving, or storage locations. Participate in physical warehouse inventory counts.
Assist customers at the warehouse sales counter as required. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a warehouse and logistics environment.
Must be physically fit. This role requires the ability to walk, lift, and climb.
Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
Experience operating forklift machine. The ability to operate an overhead crane (where available) is required.
Background knowledge in mechanical/industrial pipes, valves, and fittings is considered a strong asset.
Customer service is an asset with background in inside or counter sales
