Responsibilities
• Receive daily incoming shipments of lenses, frames, tools, and lab supplies from couriers.
• Verify shipment contents against manifests and invoices to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Deliver received lenses to the preproduction area promptly.
• Assist the frame and lens receiving team in scanning all items into the inventory management system.
• Match specific frames to lenses as required by production orders.
• Assemble and prepare high-quality packaging and shipping boxes for outgoing orders.
• Print and attach accurate invoices and address labels to all shipments.
• Prepare and send return waybills and necessary supplies to client accounts.
• Support the production team with basic lab maintenance, including cleaning lens trays and performing end-of-shift lab shutdowns.
• Monitor and inform the manager of weekly supply needs, shipping delays, or logistics issues. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight courier deadlines.
• Proficient in using scanning equipment and basic computer software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Strong communication skills to report discrepancies or delays to management.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in various lab duties.
