Shift Time DAY SHIFT - Monday to Friday
Location - Branford
Pay - 28.00

Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 warehouse employees to ensure daily shipping targets are met.
• Coordinate the daily shipping and receiving schedule within the manufacturing & logistics department.
• Perform accurate data entry and inventory tracking using SAP and ERP systems.
• Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to safely load and unload trailers.
• Oversee the receiving of inventory, verifying packing slips against physical goods received.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP/SQF).
• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), and customs documentation for outgoing freight.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in year-end inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
Qualifications
• Valid Forklift License (Reach and Counterbalance) is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and ERP systems for warehouse management.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying inventory and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address shipping discrepancies or logistical bottlenecks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and cold-chain logistics is a strong asset.
