Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

* Lead and supervise a team of 10+ shipping associates to ensure daily shipping targets and service levels are met.
* Manage shipping schedules and prioritize tasks to meet demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
* Enforce accountability across your team, driving productivity and maintaining high standards.
* Use Oracle (or similar WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and workflow efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
* Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized shipping area.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:

* 3+ years of supervisory experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing (union environment preferred).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational KPIs and deadlines.
* Strong leadership with a “get-it-done” mindset – not afraid to make tough calls.
* Proficiency in Oracle or similar warehouse/inventory systems.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
