- As the Shipping and Logistics Supervisor, you will mentor and guide a diverse group of employees across receiving, yard, and specialized production departments.
- Maintain a high-standard safety environment by proactively identifying hazards and ensuring the Shipping and Logistics Supervisor oversees strict adherence to workplace protocols.
- Direct the daily flow of all incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring the Shipping and Logistics Supervisor manages all export and import documentation accurately.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders in sales and production to align shipping schedules with customer delivery dates.
- Utilize D365 to monitor warehouse workflows, manage inventory staging, and provide clear operational visibility to the management team.
Qualifications
- You possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing or heavy steel environment.
- You bring at least 3 to 5 years of expertise in global logistics, specifically managing international shipping and carrier compliance.
