Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate all daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations to ensure maximum accuracy and on-time performance.
• Supervise and support shipping/receiving staff by assigning daily tasks, monitoring workload, and providing hands-on guidance.
• Provide consistent training and mentorship to team members to ensure alignment with company safety and operational standards.
• Oversee the accurate receipt and documentation of all inbound materials, ensuring part numbers and quantities match purchase orders.
• Manage outbound logistics by ensuring all products are properly packaged, labeled, and shipped according to specific customer requirements.
