Job Type: Full-Time and Permanent with upskilling and training provided

Salary: $21.00 to $22.00

Responsibilities
-Support general shop tasks, including material handling and organization.
-Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials (training provided for the plasma table, but prior tool knowledge is essential).
-Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
-Assist skilled tradespeople with fabrication, assembly, and repairs.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
-Load and unload materials as required.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, and related equipment.

Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with plasma table operation is a strong asset.

Reliable with a solid work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.

Able to follow instructions accurately and work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Fundamental mechanical aptitude required.

Background in metalwork is considered an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
