Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full-Time, Permanent)
Compensation: $22.00 – $25.00 / hour + upskilling & training
Your Impact
Drive Shop Flow: Assist with a broad range of daily workshop tasks to keep production, assembly, and shop operations running smoothly.
Operate Tools & Machinery: Utilize hand and power tools safely and accurately, while leveraging any CNC machine experience to support custom projects.
Maintain Quality Standards: Bring precision and high attention to detail to every task, ensuring work meets fast-paced operational demands.
Master New Trades: Participate directly in paid training and upskilling programs to expand your technical capabilities over time.

Responsibilities
Tool Proficient: Bring practical experience operating a variety of hand and power tools in a shop or light manufacturing environment.
CNC Advantage: Offer hands-on experience or familiarity with CNC machines (a major asset).
Detail-Oriented & Dependable: Possess a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Growth-Minded: Possess a eagerness to learn, grow, and commit to a full-time, permanent role with dedicated training.
Qualifications
-Prior experience using hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, and more.
-Ability to lift and transport heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
-Experience with a plasma table is a significant advantage.
-Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
-Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
-Basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
-Previous experience working with metals is a plus.
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
