🕕 Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (plenty of time to enjoy your afternoons)
💰 Pay: $21–$22/hour to start

Responsibilities
Helping around the shop — organizing, lifting, loading, and keeping things moving
Using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials (don’t worry, we’ll train you on the plasma table)
Supporting experienced tradespeople with fabrication, repairs, and assembly
Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and efficient
Following safety rules and keeping a good attitude
Qualifications
Some hands-on experience with tools (saws, drills, etc.)
You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs without breaking a sweat
You’re curious, motivated, and not afraid to ask questions
Team player mindset — but you can handle your own too
Bonus if you’ve worked with metal or a plasma table before
Basic mechanical sense and a strong work ethic
