We are looking for an experienced, safety-focused Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, staging bulk freight, and safely moving heavy palletized materials across the warehouse floor. Responsibilities
Safely operate sit-down counterbalance forklifts to transport, stack, and organize bulk inventory.
Load and unload shipping containers and flatbeds, ensuring all freight is secure and safely palletized.
Complete daily equipment circle checks, report any maintenance needs immediately, and keep loading bays clear of debris.
Qualifications
Valid, external forklift certification specifically for Sit-Down Counterbalance machinery.
Experience operating counterbalance lifts in a manufacturing or logistics hub.
Comfortable sitting for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating aisles and loading docks.
Must own or be willing to acquire steel-toed boots and required PPE
