The Role: As a core member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for the seamless movement and loading of premium appliances. This position requires a sophisticated touch to ensure that large-scale goods—including refrigeration and laundry units—are handled with zero-damage accuracy. You are not simply operating machinery; you are ensuring the integrity of our supply chain and the satisfaction of the end customer.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move and stack large household appliances.
Load and unload trailers with extreme care to prevent any damage to high-value goods.
Use RF scanners to ensure all shipments are tracked and inventory is 100% accurate.
Stage products for outbound delivery according to the daily shipping schedule.
Perform daily equipment safety inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to keep the dock clear and organized.
Qualifications
Valid Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift certification/ticket.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
Previous experience handling appliances or large furniture is a major asset.
Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Ability to pass a forklift competency test.
