Salary: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
1. Verification of Employee Hours: Review and verify employee timesheets to ensure
accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Weekly Hours Approval: Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to approve
weekly employee hours and ensure timely submission for payroll processing.
3. Purchase Order (PO) Tracking and Updating: Maintain a record of all purchase orders,
track expenses, and update the PO log regularly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Documentation Review, Organization, and Submittals: Manage and organize project
documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Review documents for
accuracy and completeness before submission to relevant stakeholders. Be in
coordination with Document Manager
5. Support Site Manager: Assist the Site Manager with various tasks, such as scheduling
meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating site activities to ensure efficient project
execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or project
management environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
• SAP knowledge is a big plus.
• French is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
