As our new Skilled Labourer, you’ll never face a shortage of interesting, variable work. Whether you’re stripping down highway coaches and transit buses, fitting windows, seats, and body panels, replacing sub-floors, or installing lights and floor heaters, you’ll work where your strengths and interests lie.

No prior experience is required—we provide training as long as you are flexible, willing to learn, and comfortable with hand and power tools.
Location: Milton, ON
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Disassemble and reassemble coach and transit bus interiors/exteriors.
Cut, fit, and install plywood sub-floors and rubber floor coverings.
Remove and install passenger seating, aluminum trim, grab handles, and windows.
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools (e.g., metal brakes, band saws, welders, torches, presses).
Fit and install specialized body components according to project needs.
Qualifications
Industrial Background: Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or automotive body repair.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical skills and comfort working with power tools (cutting wheels, shears, table saws, and workshop presses).
Work Authorization: Must be a legal resident of Canada.
Additional Assets -
Workplace Standards: Safety-first mindset with sharp attention to detail.
Work Ethic: Reliable, professional, adaptable team player who isn't afraid to get hands dirty.
Physical Demands: Able to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment throughout a shift.
Flexibility: Open to working outside standard business hours if required.
