Responsibilities
In this role, you will execute high-impact, full-lifecycle talent acquisition for specialized technical positions. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to internal stakeholders and client partners while delivering an outstanding candidate experience aligned with our corporate values.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach through screening, candidate slate preparation, offer delivery, and onboarding alignment.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize global tools, direct headhunting techniques, and specialized networks to identify and engage qualified talent for active and anticipated vacancies.
Pipeline Development: Build and nurture sustainable, organized talent pools within software systems for high-demand technical trades.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and country-level leaders to establish clear sourcing strategies and manage recruitment expectations.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated recruitment experience sourcing Skilled Trades talent (specifically Millwrights, Electricians, Automation Technicians, and PLC Programmers).
Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingualism (English & French) is strongly preferred.
Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern interview methodologies, candidate behaviors, and current Canadian industrial labor market trends.
Agile & Independent: Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and quickly adapt sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building virtual, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external candidates.
