Working closely with an established, six-person talent marketing team, you will craft authentic narratives, manage multi-platform campaigns, and turn creative concepts into engaging multimedia content.
...
This is a long-term contract opportunity (through late September 2027) with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion. The role operates on a hybrid model based out of downtown Toronto, currently requiring in-office presence on an as-needed basis with a planned transition toward up to four days per week on-site.
Advantages
Long-Term Stability: A multi-year contract engagement spanning into late 2027, with potential for contract extension or direct conversion.

Responsibilities
Channel Stewardship: Direct the editorial planning, publishing, and daily community engagement across primary professional and creative social channels (such as LinkedIn and Instagram).
Multimedia Content Creation: Write, design, and produce compelling internal and external digital assets—including social carousels, video scripts, static visuals, and digital newsletter features—that showcase team culture and career journeys.
Campaign & Workflow Management: Administer the daily marketing intake queue, organize content calendars, and coordinate approvals through standard project workflows.
Performance Analytics: Track, review, and report on organic and paid post metrics, extracting practical data insights to refine content themes and distribution strategies.
Digital Profile Maintenance: Keep enterprise talent touchpoints current, delivering cohesive copy and visual updates across owned career portals and third-party recruitment platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across business lines to conduct interviews, capture personal career milestones, and translate workplace experiences into engaging digital narratives.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of professional marketing, digital copywriting, or social media management experience within an agency, enterprise, or corporate setting.
Portfolio Requirement: An active digital portfolio or work samples demonstrating professional, non-academic corporate copywriting, visual social posts, campaign assets, or video scripts.
Technical Toolkit: Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, and enterprise social media management suites (experience with platforms such as Sprinklr is an asset).
Content & Visual Design: Applied experience creating visual digital assets; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or InDesign) is preferred.
Editorial & Communication Skills: Exceptional written, developmental, and line-editing skills, with a track record of adapting tone of voice to corporate brand standards.
Bonus Assets: Familiarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding frameworks, or collaborative project management workflows (such as Jira and Confluence in Agile environments).
