Responsibilities
- Cloud Customization: Configure and customize the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) Customer Portal and Admin Console to meet evolving business needs.
- Full Stack Development: Enhance and maintain PHP MVC backend logic and update front-end components using JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, and CSS.
- Integration Engineering: Design and implement integrations using Connect REST, Connect Web Services for SOAP, Connect PHP API, and .NET Add-ins.
- Environment Management: Manage OSC environments (Dev, Stage, Prod) and lead deployment activities within an enterprise SDLC/DevOps framework.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical problems arising during implementation, conversion, and migrations.
- Quality & Accessibility: Implement unit and functional testing to ensure code maintainability and compliance with AODA/WCAG and the Ontario Design System (ODS).
- Security & Governance: Support role-based access control (RBAC), SSO configurations, and ensure privacy-compliant non-production environments.
Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud CX Expertise: 3+ years of proven experience with the Oracle Cloud CX platform, including Implementation & Administration (profiles, permissions, SSO, workspaces, and rules).
- Full Stack Core: 1–3 years of experience with core languages including JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, C#, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Portal Customization: 1–3 years of experience with Customer Portal extensions using MVC widgets, custom controllers, and Agent Browser UI Extensibility.
- Integration Skills: Demonstrated experience with Connect REST/SOAP APIs and integration of front-end UI with constructed APIs.
- Framework Knowledge: High level of proficiency with Angular or similar frameworks (React, Vue) and Java-based application environments (WebLogic/Tomcat).
- DevOps & Analytics: Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and building/maintaining complex reports and dashboards in a cloud environment.
- Education: Specialized training or a degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
