In this full-stack engineering role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and operational support of enterprise applications and automation solutions. Operating within a collaborative product squad alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, and DBA teams, you will build secure applications, integrate RESTful APIs, and deliver robust software that meets critical business needs. The ideal candidate pairs hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) with solid backend software engineering skills using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and .NET.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Application & Integration Engineering
Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Node.js, PostgreSQL, and .NET.
API & System Integration: Build, maintain, and optimize secure APIs and data integrations across internal and third-party enterprise software systems.
SDLC & Quality Governance: Participate actively in solution architecture design, code reviews, unit testing, release management, and production deployment activities.
Support, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Production Support & Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis, defect triage, and complex issue resolution to ensure production platform stability and performance.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical design specifications, architecture diagrams, support runbooks, and knowledge-sharing artifacts.
Process Alignment: Adhere to established enterprise software development life cycle (SDLC), release management, and change control standards.
Qualifications
Low-Code & Power Platform Depth: Hands-on development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Backend Software Engineering: Proven backend engineering experience utilizing Node.js and .NET frameworks.
Database & SQL Mastery: Strong working knowledge of relational database design, query optimization, and data modeling in PostgreSQL.
API Integrations: Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; fast learner who adapts quickly to new business domains; self-driven problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Hands-on experience with automated end-to-end testing tools (Playwright).
Familiarity with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (MPP ALM) and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
