Responsibilities
- Design and develop ASP.NET MVC web applications and .NET Windows desktop applications using C# and VB.
- Build and maintain data-driven applications by designing database objects, writing complex stored procedures, and optimizing SQL queries.
- Create and maintain robust Web APIs and Windows services to support system interoperability.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting during deployment.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues during development and maintenance phases to ensure system reliability.
- Utilize reporting tools (SSRS/Crystal Reports) to deliver data insights and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Professional experience using Microsoft Visual Studio (C# and VB) to build ASP.NET MVC and .NET Windows applications.
- Advanced experience with MS SQL Server (2014+), including stored procedures and query optimization.
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining Web APIs and Windows services.
- Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar enterprise reporting solutions.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into clean, efficient, and testable code.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Entity Framework, AngularJS, or ReactJS.
- Prior experience working within government or public sector frameworks.
- Basic familiarity with SharePoint or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
