Responsibilities
As an Intermediate Solution Architect - CRM, you will be responsible for:
-    Data Migration Leadership: Providing expert technical guidance on all aspects of data migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, including the design and implementation of full and delta load processes, ensuring data quality.
-    System Design & Implementation: Leading the development, implementation, and management of D365 CE and F&O, including system monitoring.
-    Architecture & Integration: Defining the interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems, and determining how the Dynamics CRM system will integrate with other applications within the organization's technology landscape.
-    Customization: Delivering customizations by defining and implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views, ensuring alignment with business processes.
-    Security & Performance: Establishing security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure proper access control within the CRM system, and optimizing system performance for smooth operation.
-    Ongoing Support: Leading post-migration support, analysis, and resolution of data-related issues, and assisting with optimizing data management processes in the new environment.
-    Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Documenting architecture artifacts, data models, and completing all work with milestones within assigned deadlines, while providing knowledge and skill transfer to designated staff.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
-    At least 3 years of recent experience as a CRM architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O implementation, data migration, and solution integration.
Nice-to-Have (Assets):
-    Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O) functionalities and capabilities.
-    Extensive experience with CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols.
-    Demonstrated experience working with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse workspaces, and PolyBase for data migration and ETL/ELT processes.
-    Strong understanding of DataVerse / Common Data Service (CDS), Data Entities, and API integration technologies used with Dynamics.
-    Experience with Dynamics 365 security, user profiles, and Dataverse security concepts and implementation.
-    Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes around Azure DevOps.
