Responsibilities
As a Junior Solution Architect - CRM, you will be responsible for:
- Data Migration Leadership: Providing expert technical guidance on all aspects of data migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, including the design and implementation of full and delta load processes.
- System Design & Development: Leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of the D365 CE and F&O system.
- Architecture Definition: Defining the interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems, and determining how the Dynamics CRM system will integrate with other systems within the technology landscape.
- Customization: Delivering customizations by defining and implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views to align with business processes.
- Security & Performance: Establishing security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure proper access control, and optimizing the performance of the Dynamics CRM system.
- Post-Migration Support: Leading post-migration support, analysis, and resolution of data-related issues, and assisting with optimizing data management processes in the new environment.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a CRM architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O implementation, data migration, and solution integration.
Nice-to-Have (Assets):
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O) functionalities and capabilities.
- Extensive experience with CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and data manipulation languages (T-SQL/PL-SQL).
- Experience with data migration testing and automation for Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as DataVerse / Common Data Service (CDS), Data Entities, and APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes around Azure DevOps.
